I am a 23 year old new grad occupational therapist. I create engaging content for occupational therapy students, practitioners, and anyone curious about the field. I focus on advocating for the value and impact of occupational therapy in healthcare, educating my audience about OT interventions, and helping students navigate the challenges of OT school. I share study tips, insights on specialized areas of OT, and advice for passing the NBCOT exam, while also offering relatable, motivational, and sometimes humorous takes on the OT journey. By blending advocacy, education, and personal experiences, I hope to make occupational therapy approachable and inspiring for my audience. I also share other aspects of my life that I value - working out, spending time outdoors, my pets, beauty & fashion, etc. As an occupational therapist, I love to share my followers the importance of occupational balance!
