My name is Tanya, and I am an Indian woman in my late 20's based in NYC. While I work a full-time job at Adobe as a Global Strategist, I created my TikTok 8 months ago to enter the fashion space as it is where I would like to evolve my career. As a result, my primary focus is fashion and style in my content, and it gets me rich engagement because I am able to bring a unique and relateable perspective. I also showcase products that are inclusive and brown-girl friendly to connect with audiences that have also struggled on their beauty journeys. During my short tenure on TikTok, I have created content that resonates with a wide variety of audiences. Additionally, as a smaller creator, they trust I am more genuine in my messaging because I am able to create content that is actually authentic to me.
