I grew up doing gymnastics all throughout high school. I have always had an active lifestyle. I always thought to stay lean, you could only do cardio. I really found my passion for fitness in college. I would go to the gym to lift weights and I fell in love with my body for the first time! Once I started to pick up weights and incorporate HIIT into my routine, I was really able to see my body transform. I fell in love with fitness when I made it part of my lifestyle. I don't restrict myself when it comes to meals. I enjoy ice cream and cupcakes occasionally. Balance is key! I believe we can hit our goals while having fun! I was diagnosed with breast cancer while 20 weeks pregnant with my son. Cancer may have slowed me down but it will NEVER stop me! My workouts have helped me get my body back and I know they can help you, too!
